Company History
Mile-Hi Fire Apparatus, Inc. has been serving the fire community since 1978. In 2002 Sharon Sells became the sole owner of the company. She has always regarded the customers as first priority and continues to implement improvements toward that respect.
Our facility is located on 2.5 acres. The building is over 17,000 sq. ft. and includes a fenced yard. The facility consists of six bays, four of which are double depth . We are capable and equipped to perform some field repairs or service if required. Our hours of operation are 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We also provide our customers with 24-hour emergency service.

We have the capability and training to perform repairs on the following:
- Smeal fire apparatus including aerial devices
- Spartan Motors cab and chassis
- Waterous pumps, valves, etc.
- Akron valves, nozzles, monitors, etc.
- Annual pump testing
- Tank repair and replacement
- Preventative Maintenance Programs
- In frame engine over haul
- Air conditioning service

Personnel
Sharon Sells, President
Sharon has been serving the fire industry for 30 years, which is also as long as she has been with Mile-Hi. She is very dedicated to providing the fire community with the best apparatus and customer service possible. Sharon’s major responsibility is the sale of apparatus, including aerial devices, pumpers, tankers and rescue vehicles. In 2009 Sharon also became EVT certified in the Design and Performance Standards and Preventative Maintenance of Fire Apparatus.
Jeannie Fullerton, Office Manager/Truck Sales
Jeannie has been employed with Mile-Hi for over a year and continues to help in the office duties, maintenance/updating the website, publicity and training with Sharon in apparatus sales. In addition, we hope to further expand our sales with Jeannie's knowledge of mini-pumpers and brush trucks.
Jennifer Dawson, Equipment Sales/Accounting
Congratulations Jennifer! Jennifer has been with Mile-Hi for seven years. Jennifer’s recently been promoted and her responsibilities include receptionist duties, accounting duties, shipping and receiving, loose equipment sales and warranty claims.
Donna Peterson, RETIRED
After 30 years of loyal service Donna has retired. We wish her the very best and hope she takes time to enjoy life being retired. She very well deserves it.
